The Rev. Christopher R. Beasley, Rector

Christopher (pictured above) was called to become the Vicar at St. Peter's on 1 August 2014. He is a 2014 Graduate of Bexley-Seabury Episcopal Seminary in Columbus, OH. In June 2017, Fr. Christopher was enthusiastically voted to become the Rector of St. Peter's for an indefinite amount of time following his initial three year period as Vicar of the parish.

Christopher's passions are Care of Creation and taking liturgy to new spaces and configurations. He has introduced us to All Hallows Eve, Rogation Services, and Parking Lot Eucharists. You can often see Fr. Christopher working in our gardens, doing live videos from our apiary, or mowing the grass in his collar! He loves to spend time cycling the roads of Boone County and even conducts pastoral meetings this way!

Christopher is technically a Bi-Vocational Rector, serving the people of St. Peter's on a half-time basis while maintaining a secular career. He is normally in the office on Tuesdays and Thursdays. He serves the Diocese of Indianapolis as a member of the Executive Council and as Treasurer of the Waycross Board, the Diocesan Camp and Conference Center. He is also on the Resolutions Committee for Diocesan Convention. In addition, he served on the Transition Committee for the Search for XI Indianapolis.

Please call the parish office at 765.482.2322 if you would like a meeting with Fr. Christopher.

Carol ann webb, Organist

Born in Texas and raised in Colorado and a member of St. Peter's for many years, Carol Ann Webb serves as our Organist and head of the Altar Guild.

Carol spends her free time volunteering for the Eiteljorg Museum in Indianapolis, snuggling with her cats and a good book on cold Indiana days, and visiting far-flung family when she has the opportunity. She and her daughter, who was released for adoption shortly after birth, were recently reunited, a joyous resurrection of a relationship.

KIMBERLY THOMAS-BLACK, NURSERY

Ministering to the youngest among us, our Nursery is staffed each Sunday by Kimberly Thomas-Black. Children up to school age are welcome to spend time in the Nursery playing with blocks or coloring a lesson page relating to the readings of the day.

A sign in/sign out process is in effect for all children in the Nursery. Ms. Kimberly asks that children be taken to the bathroom ahead of being brought to the Nursery on Sundays.

Kimberly has been with St. Peter's since October 2014.

JENNIFER ELLIS, SEXTON

Jennifer works behind the scenes helping to ensure our buildings are clean and ready for the many groups that utilize our space during the week. Jennifer has been with St. Peter's since October 2016.
